About Growing Hope Farm
Growing Hope Farm helps to provide nutritious foods to Martin County individuals and families living in poverty while also helping reduce Martin County’s high rates of diabetes and obesity. The supply of fresh produce from Growing Hope Farm eases the pain of hunger for those that are food insecure, aids in the fight against high rates of hypertension and diabetes, and ensures an ongoing source of fresh vegetables. Produce is distributed among House of Hope Client Choice pantries, partnering soup kitchens, and local economically-challenged communities.
